Eligibility and timelines

We review every request fairly. To keep decisions consistent, we apply the same eligibility windows to all accounts while still considering technical billing errors and service-impact situations.

  • Monthly subscriptions: first-time purchases may qualify for a refund request within 7 calendar days of the initial charge when usage remains within fair-use thresholds.
  • Annual plans: refund requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days of the first annual charge if the majority of yearly usage credits have not been consumed.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges: fully refundable once verified by invoice logs and payment history.
  • Leadsspark-caused outages: if a confirmed platform outage substantially blocks service for more than 48 consecutive hours, prorated refund or credit options may apply.
  • Plan cancellation: stopping renewal prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for past billing cycles.

Timeline example: monthly plan

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each cycle. The refund review window begins on the successful transaction date.

Day 0 — charge posted Start of cycle
Day 1–7 — request window Eligible review period
After Day 7 — no cash refund Cancel future renewals anytime

Timeline example: annual plan

Annual subscriptions unlock long-term pricing. Refund requests are evaluated early in the cycle to ensure fair treatment for both customer and service costs.

Day 0 — annual charge posted Start of annual term
Day 1–14 — request window Eligibility + usage review
After Day 14 — standard no refund Potential account credit review

Renewal protection note

For renewal charges, requests submitted within 5 calendar days may be considered when there is no substantial usage in the new cycle and the account remains in good standing.

  • Auto-renewal reminders are sent before charge dates where required.
  • You can cancel renewal from account settings at any time before billing.

Non-refundable items and exceptions

Some costs are operational or third-party in nature and cannot be reversed once delivered. These items are normally non-refundable, even when a subscription refund is otherwise approved.

Typically non-refundable

  • One-time setup, onboarding, implementation, or migration fees.
  • Third-party pass-through costs including SMS delivery, enrichment APIs, telephony minutes, and external verification services.
  • Credits, leads, or data usage already consumed, exported, or activated.
  • Currency conversion charges, banking fees, taxes, and duties collected by financial institutions or local authorities.
  • Paid professional service blocks already delivered, including custom campaign builds and consulting hours.

Exceptions and limitation cases

Leadsspark may deny or partially deny refunds in the following cases to protect account integrity, platform security, and abuse prevention:

  • Breach of Terms of Service, including prohibited outreach practices, spam-like behavior, or unauthorized account sharing.
  • Fraud indicators, manipulated usage logs, repeated chargeback abuse, or payment method misuse.
  • Accounts suspended for security or compliance reasons after verified policy violations.
  • Delays or interruptions caused by external platforms, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond Leadsspark’s control.
