- Device and browser data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, timezone, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Usage data, including pages viewed, features used, session duration, interaction events, and error logs that help us troubleshoot reliability.
- Authentication and security telemetry, including login timestamps, failed login attempts, and suspicious activity flags.
Information from integrations
If you connect integrations such as email providers, calendar tools, ad platforms, or communication channels, we receive the data and permissions you explicitly grant through those services. You may disconnect integrations at any time through your workspace settings.
How We Use Information

We do not disclose customer CRM data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep Leadsspark functional, understand product performance, and remember user preferences. You can control cookie settings in your browser, but disabling certain cookies may impact core functionality.
Types of technologies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies for login state, security checks, and session continuity.
- Preference cookies that remember selected workspace settings and interface preferences.
- Performance and analytics cookies that help us measure usage trends and prioritize improvements.
We do not use third-party advertising networks to serve behaviorally targeted ads based on customer CRM records. Browser-level “Do Not Track” signals may not operate uniformly across services, but we continue to evaluate standards as they evolve.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
If you are an end user whose data is managed by one of our customers, please contact that customer first. In many cases, they act as the primary data controller for records stored in their workspace.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on data type, account status, and applicable law.
- Active account data is retained while your subscription remains in good standing.
- Support and diagnostic logs are retained for reasonable periods to troubleshoot issues and maintain security.
- Billing and transaction records may be retained to meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Backup data may persist for limited timeframes before secure rotation and deletion.
After verified account closure and applicable retention windows, we delete or de-identify personal data in accordance with our internal data lifecycle controls.
Children’s Privacy
Leadsspark is not intended for children under 13 and is designed for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal data through our services, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
International Transfers
Leadsspark may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these locations may differ from local laws in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we implement safeguards for cross-border transfers, which may include contractual protections, technical controls, and organizational measures designed to protect transferred data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal developments, or improved privacy practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and may provide additional notice through in-product messaging or email when appropriate.
Continued use of Leadsspark after an updated policy becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
